6 - "The saga continues" |
 Jan 5th starting the new year with lots of production as we start to expand the number of stores carrying our products. Started with 5 and going higher -much!! |
 Nice to send out a 60 lb. order to a customer!! :-) |
 Feb. 18th sees me hauling a load of jars on my trusty sled! Starting to add more stores around the province!! |
 Feb 19th getting ready to stock up some stores! |
 Feb 21st and now it's Puree - lots of Puree!! |
 Starting a new store in Battleford! Welcome Wolfe Market! |
 March 26th trade show in Naicam! With the Viking! |
 Some new advertising for the van as well as new display signs for stores! |
 Apr 16th finds the orchard still snow covered and dormant! |
 But the same night an intersting phenomenon! If it was day it would be a sundog so lets just make it a Saskatchewan Moondog! |
 And the processing ramps up as we add stores in Wadena, Radisson, Yorkton, Watson, Rosthern and Hague in the last few months! |
 April adds Cindy"s Independant Grocers!! |
 April 22nd and this is part of the 70 cases we had ready for delivery. Stockpile has not been so high since..... |
 New store and lovely display in Yorkton, now 2 more In Watson and Wadena as well! |
 New product at Rosemont Hardware in Regina and With These Hands in Regina, Yorkton and Moose Jaw too! |
 Making pies using Nutters pie shells and puff pastry! Who'd have thought..?.?.!?.. |
 Not just 1 or 2 but 20 - 30 at a time!! |
 May 6th sees rain, snow, sleet and hail all in the same storm - and snowbanks still in the yard. Definitely a late spring!!  |
 Hillside Greenhouses and Gifts on Hwy 41 near Wakaw are carrying a full line of our jam products! We've also added Good Earth Market in Rosthern and Bigway Foods in Hague now as well! |
 May 14th at Nutters 40th Anniversary with taste testing! Showing off our new banner with big beautiful picture of Haskap Berries! Now people know what they look like! |
 May 20th brings 3 more pallets of jars at a much increased cost to keep production going to supply the new stores! |
 Sea Buckthorn trees growing tall! Maybe we will even get some berries from them this year!! Still they are a great windbreak and snow catcher - and pretty too! |
 May 31st we had to sneak in more production during a lull in seeding due to a wet spell - so late seeding not done yet either! |

 Picking up the last of the days weeding endeavors at 10:30 pm. No rest for the wicked - or us either! ;-) |

 Aug 13th saw 1.9 inches of rain ( 47 mm) in 32 minutes. Much damage by wind and a tiny bit of hail!! Flooded the yard too but at least I didn't have to irrigate for a few days! |

 Many of our rows are still small enough to require manual picking!! And then cleaned! The leaves make good tea but who has time? |

 The big harvester is great! Berries come out clean and ready for the freezer! So much better!! |
 The berries move along at a pretty good clip for cleaning even though the harvester is only going a half a mile an hour! |
 A family of foxes came to play - they also played havoc with the drip tape - chewed it in many places - Where is the dog?????? |

 Nov 18th part of a 2 day show in Warman! |
 Nov 26th saw us in Regina at Coronation Park! We do get around but now we have stores in all these areas to advertise! |
 Another 3 day show at the Melfort Mall! |
 Dec 9th at Foam Lake! We opened the Foam Lake store the same day! |

And finally the orchard rests! Not us though - we are processing like crazy and expanded now to 36 stores around Saskatchewan! Look for the Renouf Farms label for all your HASKAP products!  |
